No one can be forced to join the Organization. Membership or non-membership in the Organization cannot be grounds for restricting anyone’s rights and freedoms or for granting any privileges or advantages by government authorities or local self-government bodies.
The Organization has three forms of membership:
"Associate Member of the Organization," "Regular Member of the Organization," and "Full Member of the Organization." The powers, rights, and obligations of these members are defined in the Charter.
The "Associate Member" and "Regular Member" forms are granted at the candidate's request following a decision by the Board based on an application and questionnaire submitted to the Board.
The "Full Member" form is granted at the participant’s request after three years of participation as an "Associate" or "Regular" member, upon submission of an application to change membership form and following a Board decision. In exceptional cases, the "Full Member" form may be granted at the participant’s request based on the application and questionnaire submitted to the Board and following its decision.
"Associate Members" have no voting rights and cannot be elected or participate in the governing bodies of the Organization.
"Regular Members" cannot be elected or hold positions in the governing bodies but may participate in discussions within these bodies without voting rights.
"Full Members" may be elected to and participate in the governing bodies of the Organization and have the right to vote in these bodies.
Membership is granted based on an application and questionnaire signed and submitted by the applicant to the Board. Membership is considered acquired from the date of the Board’s corresponding decision.
The decision on membership admission is reviewed and adopted by the Board within one month of receiving the application and questionnaire.
The Board has the right to refuse admission. It may delegate the power to admit members to the Organization's separate branches or other statutory bodies.
