Areas of activity
Our teachers have practical experience in using yoga for the rehabilitation of military personnel and veterans with traumatic brain injuries, concussions, complex injuries, and post-traumatic stress. Work is also ongoing to develop and refine methods for addressing phantom pain.
We also work with women and children affected by the war, as well as the families of service members, prisoners of war, and those missing in action.
At the studio, we hold regular Kundalini Yoga classes (in-person/online), themed practices, tea gatherings, women’s circles, sound therapy sessions, neurographica workshops, and many other interesting and transformative activities.
Festivals and various themed events bring together people from different parts of the world who seek growth, harmony, and the exchange of experience.
