Leisure
Between practices, we create space for the body to relax and the mind to gently integrate the experiences.
Participants can enjoy:
Evening by the fireplace
On the first evening, we gather in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The crackling fire, soft lighting, aroma of herbal tea, and openness of hearts create a space for introductions, sharing intentions, and feeling the support of the circle.
Trip to thermal waters with spa
Warm mineral springs provide deep physical relaxation, soothe the nervous system, and fill the body with lightness. Let the hot water gently “reset” your body and mind.
Visit to Palanok Castle
This ancient castle, located on a volcanic hill, is a place of power with centuries of history. Explore the courtyards and passages while feeling the rhythm of the region’s rich past, and enjoy stunning views over Mukachevo and the surrounding hills.
Evening in Carpathian hot tubs under the open sky
One of the most beloved rituals in the Carpathians. Hot tubs infused with herbs and minerals, combined with fresh mountain air, release tension, boost circulation, and create lasting inner warmth.
Evening yogic disco
A lively, joyful space with mantras and free movement. Movement becomes meditation, and the group feels like one energetic field.
During the retreat, there will also be an opportunity to book individual healing sessions with Jivan Mukta.
If you wish to work deeper on a personal request, receive additional support, or release tension in the body, individual sessions are available. Paid separately, limited spots.
