On August 4, 2026, the international online workshop “Numero Yoga: Theory & Practice” was held for the Ukrainian yoga community by Yogacharya Ashok Dube Ji, an internationally recognized yoga teacher, yoga therapist, researcher, founder of Yogayam Wellness Pvt. Ltd. (India), and creator of the Numero Yoga method.

We have been waiting for this meeting for a long time, and very soon Ph.D. Jivan Mukta will visit Kyiv and Odesa to teach and pass on his deep experience to everyone who will feel this call!
